My Story
I believe leadership begins with relationships and the responsibility to create environments where students and educators feel safe, supported, and valued. My work is grounded in the belief that strong schools are built through trust, clear communication, and consistent systems that honor both academic growth and social-emotional well-being.
I lead with a calm, solutions-focused approach, knowing that effective leadership requires listening, collaboration, and thoughtful action. My experience across charter, private, and public school settings has shaped my understanding of diverse school communities and the importance of culturally responsive practices. I am committed to using data and reflection to guide decisions while remaining responsive to the needs of students, families, and staff.
Supporting and developing educators is central to my leadership philosophy. I value coaching, collaboration, and shared problem-solving, and I work intentionally to build teacher confidence and instructional capacity through PLCs, feedback cycles, and professional learning. I believe educators do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and empowered to innovate.
I am driven by a commitment to equity and inclusion, and I strive to design systems that promote fairness, accountability, and belonging. Whether supporting attendance initiatives, restorative practices, or schoolwide operations, I focus on creating structures that help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
As a lifelong learner, I actively pursue professional growth and leadership development, modeling the curiosity, integrity, and empathy I expect within my school community. My goal is to lead with purpose, collaboration, and care while building school environments where every student and educator has the opportunity to thrive.
